Superb Vaping

If you are looking for a great vaporizer look no further. This baby works like a champ! I primarily use mine for grinds and have gotten more consistent and longer sessions with one grind pack using the DaVinci than with any other portable unit I have tried.

I have had my Davinci now for about a month and am very happy with it. The following are my observations:
1) Battery life on this Davinci 2 is better than it was on the Davinci 1. Right off the bat I found I was able to get six separate 10 minute smoking sessions from a single charge which consisted of turning the unit on cold, letting it heat up to 370deg F, and then smoking from it until it shut off on its own (10 minutes). I would then let it cool back down to room temperature and repeat.
2) Both the size & shape of the device allow for fairly covert smoking when necessary.
3) There are now small rubber feat on the back of the unit which keep it from easily sliding on surfaces like a car seat or dashboard when it is set down.
4) The storage chamber is quite handy for carrying extra smoking materials when away from home for the afternoon. The cover to the storage on this Davinci 2 is now tethered to the unit itself making it much easier to keep from losing.
5) The inclusion of a brush/poker, which is located in a safe, out of the way area, is a nice feature.
6) This unit CAN be used while charging but the charger cable is only 46" long so you need to be somewhat near the electrical outlet being used in order to do this. Not really a big deal.
7) This unit came with an accessory kit which included extra screens, the brush/poker, and some "cans". I wanted to use the cans because I wanted to keep the heating chamber inside the unit as clean and free of debris as possible. After trying several different configurations, I found that it worked quite well to fill up a can with material, lay one of the included small screens directly on top of the material, and then place the can into the heating chamber WITHOUT putting the silicon cap back on the can. Several problems that I won't go into here present themselves when the silicon cap is used during the smoking stage so I found it best to simply remove it before using.The cap(s) will easily fit in the storage compartment and can then be placed back in the top of the can when I have finished with it.
With a couple of small design changes to the cans, this unit will definitely be at 5 stars. For now, I give it a solid 4.5 stars.

The Da Vinci Vaporizer works very well for a single person or for two people to share. Best if chamber is loosely filled about half way, I found packing a full chamber doesn't vaporize well, you need room for air flow. Very rugged and battery life is good for about two uses before requiring a charge. And if you need more before it is recharged you need better herb. It does the job very well and @ $200 is a really good value.

This hand held vaporizer lives up to its claims. It is compact and easy to use. The only negative I could find was you have to be careful handling it when it's hot. I have had it two weeks. We shall see if it stands up to the test of time.

This vaporizer is head and shoulders above the competition. I vape using the mini "oil cans," and they work very well whether you load them with oil or herb grindings. Build quality is exceptional. The unit is very durable, battery life is perfectly adequate for my needs and using the little cans ensures the product remains clinically clean and easy to relaod (I keep a spare in the storage chamber. The best thing about it is the even heating of the herb - if you are going to spend $200 on a portable device, you'd be an idiot not to buy one of these. I think Da Vinci would
have been proud. Nothing else comes close, and believe me, I have squandered a lot of money on lesser products.

Great unit but room for improvement

Very compact, & easy to use. I find the chamber to be a bit small but works very well. I use only grinds but the provision for oils is nice. The cans are very convenient even for grinds. I use them regularly and recommend to own at least 4. They make cleanup short & sweet! Also the 12 volt adaptor is a must. Although the batteries exceeded my expectations since I vape at higher temps, they are ready for recharge after 30 minutes. The one fault this unit has is that the batteries cannot be easily changed!! The option to carry additional batteries so that the unit may be used during extended periods away from utilities would be a huge improvement. This would make day-long hikes & float tube fishing trips much more enjoyable! Thanks folks, for great, fast service as well.

The unit came boxed very nicely. The build on this vaporizer feels very sturdy and fits very nicely in your hand/ pocket. The heating time is fast. I think it is worth mentioning that the ability to blend different herbs between the upper and lower chamber is a outstanding,and unique feature to this vaporizer. It also allows for use of oil (w/ the oil can) in the bottom chamber and raw plant material in the top chamber. Digital temp adjustment are a must have for me. The on-board storage compartment and the cleaning brush is a smart use of space. Customer service team really cares about there customers and there experience.
Highly Recommended this product to anyone searching for a high quality built to last device.

The DaVinci is a very cool device. No harsh pulls, very smooth. Makes all products taste 100 times better. There are many storage compartments and the oil defuser is a nice attribute when you wanna "kick it up" a notch. The fact that it doesn't look like a smoking device is attractive also. It's like your chewing on the end of a walky talky, easy to conceal in public. =) The only reason i don't give this product a 5 star rating, is the fact you have to wait for it to heat up & kind of a pain to empty out. But i would definatley recomend this to you or your circle!
