Once you have submitted the information below, you will be automatically entered into the DaVinci Vaporizer Scholarship Contest for a chance to be awarded $2,500. The contest begins on May 22, 2017 through Dec 19, 2017. See the Official Rules for drawing dates and complete details.

Eligibility

  • Currently a High School Student, Parent of a High School Student, College Student or Parent of a College Student
  • Submit an Article (800-1200 words) OR White-paper (minimum 2000 words) talking about benefits, technology and innovation of the Medical Marijuana industry
  • Carry a 2.5 GPA or higher

This scholarship runs on davincivaporizer.com/scholarship (“Website”) from 9:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 5/22/17 to 5:00 p.m. PST on 12/19/17 ("Entry Period"). Open to full or part-time students, 18 years of age or older as of 5/22/17, who are in an accredited secondary or post-secondary educational institution or program (including, but not limited to, high school, college, university or trade school or are home schooled in an accredited program) and are legal residents of the 50 U.S. /D.C..This scholarship is governed by the laws of the United States without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this scholarship, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this scholarship, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the U.S. having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
